Studio Policies
At OUSI, every private session is reserved especially for you. Please review our studio policies before booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 12 hours before your appointment will not incur a charge, and your session credit will remain in your account.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend a booked session (no-show), will result in one session being deducted from your package.
If OUSI needs to cancel your appointment, your session credit will remain in your account and the session can be rescheduled.
Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Unused or expired sessions are not refundable. This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. At OUSI’s discretion, unused sessions may be transferred to another person before expiry date, with the original expiry date remaining unchanged.
Package Freeze
Packages may be frozen for travel for up to a maximum of 4 weeks (28 days).
To request a travel freeze, please provide a flight booking or travel itinerary showing your full name and travel dates. The name must match the name registered on your OUSI account.
Freeze requests must be submitted before your travel begins.
Once approved, the applicable freeze period will be added to your package expiry date.
Extensions for illness, injury, pregnancy or exceptional circumstances may be considered individually and supporting documentation may be requested.
Package Expiry
All packages have a defined expiry period from the date of purchase.
Unused sessions will expire at the end of the applicable validity period unless an extension or freeze has been approved.
We recommend booking your sessions in advance to make full use of your package.

12 weeks from purchase
1:1 Private × 20
22 weeks from purchase
1:1 Private × 30
33 weeks from purchase
1:1 Private × 50
55 weeks from purchase
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A maximum grace period of 10 minutes will be allowed for late arrivals.
If you arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment, your session may still proceed but will finish at the originally scheduled time. The lost time will not be extended or made up.
If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, the session will be considered a no-show and automatically cancelled. One full session will be deducted from your package, and the instructor is not required to remain at the studio after this time.
The session will not be rescheduled, credited or refunded.
Health & Safety
Please inform your instructor before your session of any injury, pregnancy, recent surgery, medical condition or change in your health that may affect your participation.
For your safety, OUSI may request medical clearance where appropriate.
By attending a session, you agree to follow your instructor’s directions and inform your instructor immediately if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
